After all kinds of troubles that freezed the world for some months, we are finally back on track and spinning wheels again.
Even Paco was finally let go on track, after 9 months since the previous time. After 2 practice days in the previous weeks, the Italian Championship got underway in Terenzano on the 18th of July with the 1st Round of 6.
14 points in 5 races was the score for Paco which showed great speed on track, to then find himself with the third choice of gates in the Final after the toss with Vicentin and Covatti, the three on 14 points, with Ansviesulis choosing last.
After a nightmare start for Paco where he found himself last, he was able to go back to third spot, where he then finished.
The Championship now sees Covatti lead on 25, Vicentin on 22 then Castagna third on 20.
Bad news came across the UK this week as well, as an effect of the coronavirus the British League will not go ahead this year, as for the impossibility to run it behind closed doors. A big blow for the Italian rider which now will focus on the domestic International Open meetings.
