Second Round CIV- Mugello

Significant results come from Supersport 600 in the second Round CIV held at Mugello.
Race 1 on Saturday saw the Italian champion Massimo Roccoli, riding his R6 of Rosso Corsa Team, competing a good race decided at the photofinish: Roccoli was second with just three milliseconds from the winner Kevin Manfredi. Later, during the technical checks, the stewards noted some irregularities on Manfredi’s bike and excluded him from the classification. Therefore, Massimo Roccoli resulted the winner while the young teammate, Arcangeli, achieved a great recovery: from twenty-first to thirteenth.


Rain and two red flags have marked Race 2, which saw the complete classification with the positions at the end of the sixth ride with Roccoli in the second position. Now he is the leader of the general Classification with 81 points.


Good results even for the roman rider of Extreme Team, Davide Stirpe, who ended Race 1 at the eighth position and Race 2 at the ninth, and for RM Team’s rider, Morrentino, who reached the finishing line respectively at the ninth and at sixth place in the two races.


In Superbike, Lorenzo Zanetti continued getting great positions riding Panigale V2 of Broncos Team.


In Supersport 300, Carnevali, of Black Flag Team, got good results and he ended Race 1 at the feet of the podium, while Bernabè, of RM Racing Team, arrived fifth in Race 1.


Saltarelli finished with a podium in the competition of National Trophy 600.
