Cartridge EBH09
The pressurised EBH cartridge contains a series of innovative systems such as the already known FPS, EC, LC and the new Overpressure Control System OPC (over pressure control). These systems are the result of a long experience of development by our R&D department in collaboration with some of the best Teams that participated in the World SBK, BSB, IDM, CIV.
On the top cap there are all the adjustments, spring preload, extension and compression which are distinct in the two cartridges, simple and intuitive.
The high damping coefficient at very low speed controls the excessive sinking of the front end from the very first moments of braking.

Sliding kit for front forkWhile braking, the fork deforms (becomes oval-shaped) which increases static friction. The fork friction is high if it is fitted with original bushings and seals, which generally occurs at the initial movement. This happens due to the surfaces “pasting”.
KIT S dramatically decreases this effect, because it decreases static friction as the speed of the fork’s movement increases.
Bitubo selects the best bushings placed in Ergal hardware, designed to decrease the static friction of surfaces while the fork is deformed. The only turnkey product to avoid imprecision. Performance is taken to the highest level by combining improved bushings with seals that have a low
coefficient of stiction.

The third step of the series XZE is enriched by the hydraulic spring preload, which is easy to use whenever necessary to tailor the set-up to suit the load.
